The GO Wales programme helps undergraduates and graduates to develop their careers in Wales through a range of work experience programmes including paid work placements and voluntary work tasters.

Work placements are normally 10 weeks in length and involve a student or graduate completing a project for a local business. GO Wales organise work placement opportunities in all business sectors and industries across Wales. The salary is £240 per week and placements are advertised via the GO Wales website www.gowales.co.uk

For students and graduates interested in gaining voluntary experience to develop skills and enhance their CV GO Wales organise tailored work taster opportunities. These are flexible periods of work experience which can be arranged to suit timetables and work commitments.
